Oregon Coast

Our last trip of the summer was a week on the Oregon Coast. We flew into Eugene and then drove to Yachats, Cape Perpertua, Bandon, an inland wildlife preserve near Roseburg. We loved the quiet and quirky little town of Yachats (pronounced Ya-haats) and walking the beaches there at low tide. The kids had their first surfing lesson near Yachats too. They loved it! Bandon had stunning rock formations. (Chloe stayed home with Ben to attend a school mentoring training so sadly she wasn't with us.)
